Who we are
Gaddum sells clothing online and delivers within the United Arab Emirates. These terms apply to every order placed on this site. By placing an order you accept them.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in AED and include any applicable tax unless a separate tax line is shown at checkout. The total you see before confirming — items, delivery, any discount, any tax — is the total you pay. Payment is taken by card through Stripe at the time of ordering. If a price on the site is plainly wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than honour the mistake.
Your order
An order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. If something sells out between your order and our confirmation, we'll cancel and refund the affected item and tell you. Promo codes are subject to the conditions shown when they apply — expiry, minimum spend, and usage limits.
Delivery
We deliver across all seven emirates for a flat fee of AED 15.00. You can follow your order's progress from the Orders page, and we'll email you when it ships and when it's delivered. Please give an accurate address and a phone number the courier can reach — if a delivery fails because we couldn't reach you, we'll contact you to rearrange it.
Cancellations and changes
Need to cancel or change an order that hasn't shipped? Contact us as soon as possible with the order number and we'll do it if the order hasn't left. Once an order has shipped, the exchanges policy below applies instead.
Exchanges and problems
Unworn items can be exchanged as described in our exchanges policy. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, that's our mistake: contact us and we'll put it right at no cost to you. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE law.
Accounts
Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for orders placed from your signed-in account. We may close accounts used fraudulently or abusively.
The shopping assistant
The chat assistant answers questions about our products and policies. It's a convenience, not a contract: if it ever misstates a price or policy, the price at checkout and the policies on these pages are what apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Anything these terms don't cover is handled the way a reasonable shop should handle it — talk to us and we'll sort it out.
